Dubai Properties intended to plan and construct a waterfront development on the west side of Dubai Creek. The Arabian Bays development would have high-end residential and commercial real estate built along canals and the creek frontage. The Versace hotel was later included as a part of the development.

Scope of works: coastal and marine inputs for a waterfront development on Dubai Creek. Developed edge treatments, ensured proper canal flushing through water quality modelling and designed berthing spaces for yachts and marine public transport.
