Sagaing Fuel Terminal
Puma Energy Services was pondering the development of a fuel import facility at the Sagaing Bridge plot on the Ayeyarwady River, near Mandalay in central Myanmar. Puma commissioned a study to develop reclamation and edge treatment concepts for the site and thereby investigate the technical viability of a reclamation with berthing facilities and develop cost estimates for the concepts.
The scope of works included a technical feasibility study and concept design for the reclamation, river training works and mooring facilities required for a potential fuel import terminal.
