An international cable provider was planning to install a subsea HVDC cable from the north of Scotland to Shetland.  

The Scope of Work included an on-bottom stability assessment of the subsea cable, wave-induced liquefaction assessments, seabed and rock armour mobility assessments as well as practical guidance regarding the size and shape of the rock protection.  The seabed conditions were highly variable and challenging.
